Since the beginning, we’ve operated on a simple but powerful mission: to provide the kind of care we would want for our own loved ones.
Founded and managed by a registered nurse with over 40 years of professional service to the community, local ownership continues to ensure that our bottom line is patient care. We understand the challenges families face when making care decisions, and we’ve designed our services to bring clarity, comfort, and peace of mind during those moments.

Experienced, local, and dedicated to patient care
Roselyn Argyle, RN — Chief Executive Officer
Born and raised in Saginaw, Roselyn had the distinction of being among the very first graduates of Saginaw Valley State University. She put her nursing degree into practice across a variety of clinical settings at Saginaw General Hospital while raising her family, later teaching nursing at Delta College—helping shape many of the clinicians still practicing in our local medical community today.
In 1985, she began living her dream of providing the highest-quality, most patient-centered care in the Saginaw area by co-founding A&D Home Health Care. After becoming Medicare certified in 1986, the agency grew, and Roselyn retired from Delta College to run it full-time. Her focus remains the same: the care of our local mid-Michigan community.
Michael J. Argyle, MD — Chief Operating Officer
After practicing medicine for 15 years in the Lansing area—including a role as Director of Sparrow Family Medical Services–West—Dr. Argyle joined A&D Home Health Care full-time in 2008 as Operations Officer. His experience and perspective help the field and office staff function smoothly together for the benefit of our patients.
